How working with FraVeRa Journey looks

FraVeRa Journey was created to support people who seek regeneration, rest and an improved quality of life through a thoughtfully designed journey. We do not sell ready-made packages or fixed stays. We work as an independent advisor and agent who represents the client’s interests throughout the trip-planning process.

Na czym polega nasze wsparcie

Working with FraVeRa Journey is advisory and coordination-based. In practice it includes, among others:

  • analysis of your needs and expectations,
  • pomoc w wyborze odpowiedniego miejsca i formy pobytu,
  • contact with health resorts, wellness facilities and other providers,
  • coordination of organizational elements (dates, logistics, documents),
  • communication and language support,
  • ensuring consistency and overseeing the entire process.

Cooperation process step by step

1) First contact and an initial call

We get to know your needs and the direction of your trip. This stage is free and non-binding.

2) Cooperation proposal

We present the scope of support, how we work, and the financial terms. Only after your approval do we proceed.

3) Realizacja i koordynacja

Once the terms are agreed, we start the advisory and organizational work while staying in close contact with you.

4) Finalizacja i wsparcie

We help finalize all elements of the trip and keep things calm at the final stage of preparations.

Fees and costs

FraVeRa Journey provides paid advisory and coordination services. Our fee covers our work and involvement — not the cost of your stay or treatment. The financial terms are always agreed individually and in advance, before we start. We do not use one fixed price or packages.
